Terms and Conditions



DEFINITIONS

The Term, 'Company', shall mean Prime Wills.
The Term, 'Client' shall mean you; the term 'you' and 'your' shall mean 'the client'.
The Term, 'Consultant' shall mean an authorised consultant of Prime Wills.

 

  1. All material on this website is provided for information only, and is not intended to form part of any offer or contract.



  2. Prime Wills makes no warranties or representations of any kind concerning the accuracy or suitability of the information contained on this web site for any purpose. All such information is provided "as is" and with specific disclaimer of any warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, title and/or non-infringement.

  8. When requested by you, Prime Wills will endeavour to pass on your name and details to a consultant in your area who will then contact you. Prime Wills cannot be held responsible if a consultant fails to contact you.



  9. Where legal documents are provided by a consultant, the contract is between the client and the consultant, and Prime Wills cannot be held responsible for contracts made between third parties.



  10. In order for the consultant to provide accurate advice and to produce an effective legal document you are required to disclose all relevant facts and answers to all questions asked. Prime Wills will not accept liability in respect of information which was not disclosed, and therefore not documented by the consultant taking your instructions, and which comes to light at a later date as being of relevance and which may effect the validity or content of your Will, or advice given.



  11. You agree to pay the Will Writing fee in full on the date of the appointment during which you sign the contract. 



  12. Payment for services provided on this site are exempt from UK legislated distance selling regulations (Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000).



  13. Prime Wills makes no warranties or representations of any kind that the services provided by this web site will be uninterrupted, error-free or that the web site or the server that hosts the web site are free from viruses or other forms of harmful computer code. In no event shall Prime Wills be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of this web site. This exclusion and limitation only applies to the extent permitted by law and is without prejudice to any express provisions to the contrary in any written licence or subscription agreement from Prime Wills in respect of the use of any online service provided via this web site.
